Three-Day Implementation
Once the contract is signed, the WebInservice® Client Services team begins set-up of the Client’s WebInservice Web sites. MC Strategies guarantees that the client site will be up and running within three (3) business days of receipt of a signed contract. We then continue implementation at the client’s desired pace.
Maximizing Value
The WebInservice Client Services staff is committed to helping clients maximize the value of their WebInservice implementation. Getting a client up and running is just the beginning. We continue to work with each client throughout the process to ensure they meet organization-specific training goals while achieving maximum system utilization.
Solving Problems and more…
Delivering training across an entire facility, or across multiple facilities, is a huge undertaking. WebInservice KDS greatly simplifies this task, but occasionally, problems do arise. Our resourceful Client Services staff possesses the knowledge and experience to resolve problems quickly to ensure that the client’s training programs stay on track. In addition to addressing questions and concerns, our Client Services staff can assist with lesson assignment, lesson plan creation, troubleshooting access issues, addition and deletion of learners, reporting and data interpretation. MC Strategies consultants are also available to participate in discussion groups to encourage utilization of WebInservice e-learning within the client’s organization.
Soliciting Client Feedback
Our goal is to make sure WebInservice KDS remains the highest quality learning management platform available. To this end, we regularly ask our clients how we can enhance WebInservice KDS to better meet their needs. We encourage clients to provide feedback via our Change Management System and through informal discussions with our Client Services staff.
