AHIMA - Approved by AHIMA for continuing education units for use in fulfilling the continuing education requirements of the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA).
ARRT - Approved and accredited by the American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT) as meeting the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) criteria for Category A credit.
CPHIMS - Approved by HIMSS as meeting the requirements established by HIMSS for use in fulfilling the continuing education requirements for the Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS) credential.
CHS - Approved by HIMSS as meeting the requirements established by HIMSS for use in fulfilling the continuing education requirements for the Certified in Healthcare Security (CHS) credential.
Nursing - Statements of accreditation as a provider of continuing nursing education.
HFMA lessons qualify for CPE credits under self-study when the learner submits evidence of completion to his or her State Board of Accountancy. HFMA’s lessons through WebInservice will produce a certificate of completion that may be printed and submitted to the learner’s state board. These requirements may differ by jurisdiction. Learners should contact their state board directly for information on how to submit HFMA e-learning lessons for consideration of eligibility for continuing education credit.
