For GHSMC Employees (Both Hired and Leased): Your learner ID is the first four (4) letters of your last name and the last five (5) digits of your social security number; example John Smith would be smit12612. Your initial password is "hello". No capital letters, underscores, hyphens, apostrophes or spaces are used in the Learner ID. Learners with less than four (4) letters in their last name or with an apostrophe in their last name would appear as follows: last name Mei, mei12612 or last name O'Brien, obr12612

Make sure you are using Netscape or Internet Explorer browsers (Firefox, Mozilla or Safari browsers will not work with this learning system).
Macintosh users will need to use a Dell or Gateway computer.
Turn off any enabled pop-up blockers.
